Living with Integrity

As majority of the mass population begins to Awaken during this monumental time on Earth, we are literally seeing before our very eyes the shifts and changes that Mother Earth and humanity is experiencing.

 

Through this experience you begin to notice the emotions that are arising within you and those around you, the energy is very high but it is necessary.

 

We are now at a point we’re we need to let go of the judgements that we have carried – whether judgements we carry about ourselves and/or others.

​

War is a built up of sadness, anger and resentment. When you point fingers at a person or a nation you are avoiding to address your own guilt or shame. Because our emotions are energy this is felt by Mother Earth, hence the natural disasters you’re seeing today is her way of re-balancing the damage man has made.

​

The veil is now thin between the physical and spiritual world. God, The Universe, is really communicating with each and every one of us to let go of what no longer serves us. We are asked to take responsibility to let go of judgements and to walk with integrity.

What is Integrity?

Integrity is being in our True state – living, walking and talking our Truth. Being genuinely Authentic in who we are through our thoughts, words and actions.

 

In order to embody your True state that feels right (not from the thinking mind) we must first release judgements that we are holding onto because essentially we are carrying this in our mind and body. This is also known as patterns or your life lessons.

 

Once we have identified our life lessons and released them only then can we fully live with integrity.

How can I identify the pattern/s?

You’ll be amazed how powerful it is to release patterns. Because we are energy and are all connected, not only do you find peace in your heart but this helps your family, ancestry and people all over the world who are experiencing the same patterns as you are.

 

So to recognise the patterns in your life the best place to reflect is your childhood and your experiences with your mother and father. As hard as it might be to read or hear your parents are your mirrors – reflections of you. In addition to this, your partner or spouse can also mirror your mother and/or father.

 

Your parents are here to teach you the patterns you carry. Further to this, it is also an ancestral pattern because it gets passed down from generation to generation. We’re now transitioning to "A New Age" and we have a responsibility to release these patterns.

 

Take time to process and reflect. Be vulnerable and honest with yourself. Part of this process is feeling the emotion you’re holding on to. This is perfectly okay and normal as this feeling has been held and blocked in your body. Once you feel it, you begin to realise it’s an emotion that needs to be freed. You go through the process of reclaiming your power, restoring your body, mind, and your spiritual etheric body.

You will stop attracting experiences that don’t serve you and your outside reality changes. This is because you have cleared the blockage and your body's frequency is increasing to a healthier, pure state. Additionally as your frequency begins to increase things will begin to shift. For example, you may travel or move to another location where the lands frequency is in-line with yours. As many Indigenous cultures understand, connecting with your land is very important.

I know that sometimes it can be hard to identify the pattern. I have listed at the end of this article useful resources and search tips if you require assistance.

Here’s an example

A helpful way to recognise the pattern is reflecting on the emotions your parents carried and how they reacted to situations in your childhood. You will then begin to see the underlining fear that they carried. Here's an example:

 

Mother / Mothers Lineage

  • Emotion: I feel hopeless. I don’t know how to manage my life.

  • Reaction: I feel lost, trapped.

  • Fear: I am controlled by others.

 

Father / Fathers Lineage

  • Emotion: I am scared to express my emotions. I don’t like being vulnerable.

  • Reaction: I am in control.

  • Fear: Loosing control.

 

A lesson we can learn here is when we’re in a controlling environment we need to have the courage to Trust our inner voice (intuition) and follow our path, not the voices and opinions of others.

Ready to let go

Once you have identified a pattern it’s important to release it so you don’t carry the emotion with you. You can write it down, go to a place in nature, or any method that will work for you. I have written a prayer below but feel free to create your own:

 

“Thank you Mother, Father and my ancestors for helping me to see the patterns within me that are not in-line with my highest good.

 

[You can state your patterns here]

 

I forgive you and I send you love. I release the patterns, the judgements, into the light. And so, it is.”

 

If you need to let go several times, or however many times you need to, that is okay. It is important to note though that once you identified it, you have learnt your life lesson. You no longer need to repeat it.

 

You may experience physical symptoms in your body or bodily discomforts and this is completely natural. You are clearing old, stagnant energy and replacing it with life.

​

Additionally our life lessons can be layered, meaning it is a mixture of ancestry and our past lives. For majority of us, we all have a past life. Each time we come back to Earth our life situations may be different but the life lesson remains the same until we have identified it and released it.

 

Again in the resources below I have listed two fantastic books that covers past lives. To many people past lives may seem odd and out there, but take a moment to think that when life gets out of hand or chaotic, sometimes going in the past can shed some light so you can move forward.

Releasing and letting go

We can begin to understand that when we feel our emotion we’re acknowledging that what we’ve felt and experienced was not okay. It is a feeling that we no longer want to hold onto and nor do we wish to pass it on.

 

With this understanding you will grow in compassion. Having the compassion towards yourself for what you knew at the time - we have all made mistakes and they teach us what we need to learn. Compassion towards parents, family members and others who have hurt you because you understand the underlining pattern that they carry. You will have more self-love and respect towards yourself and you can move forward on your soul journey.

 

I hope this article sheds light to making you feel whole again. As mentioned we are now living in a time where Mother Earth is transitioning, she is maturing and we need to mature with her. If you wish to evolve, be kind to yourself and start letting go.

 

We all need to come back to who we Truly are and to walk our own path. That is integrity.

Tip with sourcing a healer:

They may have different approaches however they all share the same principle; being a guide to help you to heal. Good search tips when finding one in your area is searching for “Shamanic Healer”, “Stress Diffusion Practitioner” or “Hypnotherapist” – they have great approach in helping you to identify your Truth and patterns that need to be released.

 

Before a session (and to keep it on point) it is helpful to set an intention. As this article is about releasing patterns an intention you can set can be: “Guidance on the patterns I need to release”.
