Spirit & Soul Breathwork
This breathwork is simple and easy to do anytime, anywhere.

Step 1: Come into a comfortable seated position (feel free to sit on a chair).
​
Step 2: Take a moment to be aware of how your body is positioned. Relax your face, shoulders and allow your legs to be heavy and relaxed. Hands in a comfortable position.
​
Step 3: As you inhale, breath into your heart, chest space. Exhale from the stomach.
​
That's it!

If the mind gets busy or you need to move your body that is okay.
​
With time you may begin to feel the breath becoming softer until to begin to be aware of the that still, subtle energy through your body and breath.
​
If emotions and bodily sensations begin to surface that is okay and beneficial.
Anything that feels heavy, stagnant or any sensation you know needs to be released you can with your breath.
​
Your breath is your Spirit, the Heart is the gateway to your Soul (what you came here to do) and your Sacral (the energy center below your belly button) is where you store emotions.
