Also known as Ascension and 5th Dimension, Christ Jesus (and many another ascended masters) teach us that we can elevate our frequency into pure Love by feeling and listening to our Heart Space – this is your Authentic Self, what your Soul wishes to create and manifest in this World. This is what we are all feeling, witnessing and experiencing in this Age.

Why Jesus has been so symbolic throughout history is because of his Love for humanity. He was able to transcend from the darkness into the Light. This doesn’t mean he has done this on our behalf but rather to work with us to Ascend. It is very important that we make that decision and work towards healing, connecting and listening to our Soul.

​

As you begin to listen from your Heart you are helping not only your Soul but Mother Earth and humanity in raising the vibrations into Pure Love.

Time to Evolve and Expand in Consciousness

We are now evolving from Third Dimension (also known as 3D). 3D is a very basic, physical way of seeing the world that we have all been accustomed to for a very long time. God is wanting us to evolve and to express our True Selves and is already making these transitions for us.

​

As you transcend from 3D you will enter into Fourth Dimension or 4D (the clearing phase including karmic and ancestry ties that no longer serve us). At this stage many of us are in 4D and this will be a fast moving transition. As you transition from 4D you will enter into the Fifth Dimension. In 5D you will be in alignment with your Divine heritage.

Mother Earth and Light Beings

Mother Earth is a conscious living being. Look around you, notice the native flora and fauna and appreciate its beauty. Notice when you go for a walk or sit in nature it helps to calm your body and mind. We are remembering to connect with Land and this is part of Ascending.

​

Light beings including Natives, Shamans, Lightworkers, Starseeds* and many other Awakened beings coming from Pure Light and Love are working towards increasing Light and shifting the paradigm to 5D. As a Lightworker myself, we are here to awaken the collective, clear negative energy and transmute it into Love and Light. But just remember, our core being is Light, we're all Light Beings.

So how can we elevate our frequency and be in alignment with our Soul Path? We can do this by working on our major energy channels, also known as our Chakra system. We can activate our energy channel through movement, sound, light, walking, connecting with Mother Earth and meditation – do things that ignite you and make you feel joyful.

​

5D Chakra System

The Chakra system that most of us are aware of is the 3D model that consists of 7 energy centres (you can view this here). This was a model that we were able to understand, and now as we begin to transcend with Mother Earth, we can start to develop our 5D Chakras (I will post a 5D Chakra chart once its available). Our new Chakra system brings to Light the importance of connecting with Mother Earth, and instead of 7 energy centres it has expanded to 12. Moreover, part of this shift is awakening the Feminine Energy/Mother Earth; giving yourself permission to receive God’s love and light.

As mentioned earlier, it also awakens our Soul on a deeper level by bringing to Light our Divine Heritage (which includes awakening and understanding our Spiritual gifts) and releasing Karmic and Ancestry ties. Understanding the bigger picture of Oneness

Many people (myself included!) are beginning to understand that everything is connected. When it comes to Spiritual practices it all leads to God and part of God is Mother Earth/Mother Gia/Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, all Feminine Sources. Feminine energy is about connection, beauty, nature and love.

​

All sacred healing practices teach us to come back to love and connecting with our Souls. Whether you connect through Yoga, Meditation, Astrology, Church, Numerology or any other form of Spiritual practice, they are all sacred healing methods that help us awaken our Souls and to release the narrative that we have created.

 

The narrative is the stories we have conjured up or is was passed onto us through ancestry, family, friends or society.

​

We are love and we were all destined with a Spiritual Gift to share with the World. We are here for a reason.

​

Releasing the narrative & reclaiming your Divine Power

The releasing process is about releasing the narrative. As mentioned above, the narrative is a combination of things from the doubts and fears your ego tells you, what family or others have labelled you, society and it can stem from ancestry. Such feelings include self-punishment, perfectionism, oppression, depression, abuse, separation,  victimisation to name a few but are stories many of us can relate to.

​

Take a moment and reflect on your narrative (there will be various stories within your narrative); you will feel instantly that they don’t empower you and it’s a low energy frequency.

​

How can we release this? You can first acknowledge that is it a narrative, false stories/illusions that are not a reflection of your True Self. This is a process so be kind to yourself and know there is no time-frame (time is also an illusion). Talk with yourself or write it down.

​

The second step (and again it’s a process) is to forgive. Forgiveness is about releasing the physical, mental and emotional pain. It's not about condoning the situation but rather you're giving yourself permission to let go of the physical, emotional and mental pain. You're giving yourself permission to Love yourself and honour your worth. Through this process you'll learn to detach and develop compassion, and compassion is true liberation.

​

Compassion is about having the curiosity to listen to ourselves or others without taking on the pain or suffering. We are learning to detach from reacting to a narrative.

​

The Power of the Collective

As we begin to release our narrative we are also healing others around us and Mother Earth. We will be lifting the vibration and our external environment will begin to change. The changes in our climate and the catastrophes you are witnessing in this Age is due to lower frequencies; people not wanting to evolve and believing in the narrative.  

​

Love is our Divine Essence

You are love and you deserve love. You deserve to feel and see beauty, to be curious, to learn about who You Are. Don’t think for a second that you’re not entitled to this because you are, this is your ego talking (the drama, the narrative) not your heart. 

​

As we connect with our Souls, we have an wonderful opportunity to create our True Dreams.

​

Take time to listen, visualise and write down what you would like to create. You are now claiming back your Soul and your connection to Spirit.

​

As we begin to do this, we restore Mother Earth back to her original state. Peace, harmony, beauty.

I know this takes courage and you have that within you. You are not alone and we’re in this together.
